Shipping Information :Orders leave our warehouse 3-5 business days after the order is placed and will take between one and five additional business days to arrive, based on the shipping method you select.
Most of the items are delivered via UPS or FedEx and may not require a signature upon delivery. Tracking of shipments by UPS/FedEx can be done through the respected websites, www.UPS.com or www.FedEx.com. In the event you do not receive a tracking number feel free to email our customer service department customerservice@executive-business-gift.com and we will gladly assist you.

Cancellation and Change Policies:Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order, In order to request a cancellation or change to your order, please email us at customerservice@executive-business-gift.com. Changes can be made within 48 hours of placing your order. Please send you change request to customerservice@executive-business-gift.com as soon as possible.
Refund and Return Policies:If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 10 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original method of payment. Upon receipt of the product, we will credit you for the purchase price minus any applicable restocking and shipping fees. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.
If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate or returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.
